No fee student rental policy (that’s right, no administration costs)

We do not charge any fees for letting of student accommodation, deposit administration etc.

All you pay is your deposit to secure the property of your choice and then the rent when the tenancy commences.

Deposits

All deposits are registered  with the Assured Deposit Scheme (www.MyDeposits.co.uk) and fully refundable at the end of the tenancy contract.

Because we are independent landlords, there are no middle men, which means you get a direct and responsive service.

We are members of Southern Private Landlords Association and the National Landlords Association.

• All our student accommodation is  furnished
• All our student properties are within easy reach of Southampton University or Solent University
• All properties have washing machines. In addition many have tumble dryers and dishwashers
• Majority of houses are double glazed
• All properties have double beds
• All properties have gas safety certificates and electrical safety certificates
• All properties have carbon monoxide detectors
• All properties have hard-wired interlinked smoke detectors
• All properties are cavity wall and loft insulated
• All our HMOs are fitted with full fire detection systems
