Please feel free to ask any questions about the property which is not available from our website, so you understand what is provided or included in the tenancy agreement.
 

Secure a property

To secure a property you need to provide the following:

  • Tenant details for each member of the group (name, home address, contact numbers, email address)
  • Deposit of £350 per tenant for each member of your group.  Please note that  the deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind and decide not to rent the property. The deposit can be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer. The property will be secured for your group when we are in receipt of the full deposit.
  • You need to collect 2 copies of the tenancy agreement, get both copies signed by all members of the group having carefully read the agreement.
  • Return both signed copies of the contract
